Florida Municipal Power Agency Board of Directors Elects New Officers

ORLANDO, Fla., July 23, 2025 – The Florida Municipal Power Agency (FMPA) Board of Directors has elected new officers for 2025–2026, with Allen Putnam of Beaches Energy Services serving as Chair. Robert Page, Lynne Tejeda, and Ed Liberty have also been appointed to key leadership roles, guiding FMPA’s statewide efforts to provide reliable, low-cost power to over 4 million Floridians. Javier Cisneros and Tejeda were re-elected to lead the Executive Committee for the All-Requirements Project.
