Serving as the executive leadership team of the board are President Ed Liberty, electric utility director of the City of Lake Worth Beach; President-elect Steve Langley, electric utility director of the City of Mount Dora; Vice President Tony Guillen, general manager of the City of Tallahassee Electric & Gas Utility; and Secretary-Treasurer Ricky Erixton, chief electric systems officer of JEA.
